i have just recently got back into working out and my goal is by this time next year to compete in some events powerlifting and strongman. i need and want to drop weight but i have this problem i start off ok with changing my eating habits but then i realize in the gym that my energy and strength are very low because im not eating enough but i get worried that i fall back into the overeating boat i know that alot of that is mental stuff i need to fix. could someone give me some ideas that i can play around with on fixing my eating to go with my workouts and everyday life and to where i feel full thank you in advance
