How strict is everyone when it comes to diet? Do you count your calories, protein, carbs, fat, etc.? Do you eat strict throughout the week only allowing several cheats? Or are you more relaxed and stick to good whole foods most of the time but don't worry about indulging. Also how many meals a day?

Mine is getting strict because I am training for bodybuilding as well as powerlifting. I have been eating about 5 meals a day and this has been successful to date. In addition to keeping the weight in check, I've had more energy and I feel better.

Because i am working for snior and aged people i know exercise it must for them to keep their body fit and healthy.
