Some gyms, including the one I work out at do not have a machine for this.
If this is the case, take a bar and load one end with the amount you want to pull. With the other end, either use a weight or if the wall had an indented bottom like ours does, then you can catch the end in that.
Take a handle from the seated row maching and place it far up on the side with the weights. Stand close to the front, with a bend but with a straight back and pull with your lats. This is a wonderful exercise to do after deadlifts...it really give you a great pump!

Of course if you have one of the machines, it becomes much easier
