I copied this from another forum that I frequent and thought I should bring it to the attention of the people here. This lady's name is Annette and this just broke my heart.
I'm asking for prayer. Early this morning the police and medical examiner knocked on our door. My oldest son, Sean, was killed in an auto accident at 1:15 this morning. He was the only passenger, killed instantly. The driver is in the hospital.
I need your prayers my friends. This is incredibly hard. We are helping his wife with the funeral arrangements. She has lately been coming to church with us and I believe this will open her heart further to the Gospel. Please pray for their two children, ages 3 and 4. Also, please lift up my middle son Matteo today. He is in Navy boot camp and will be receiving this news from a chaplain. He was very close to his brother.
My elderly father in law has been in the hospital all week recovering from a mild heart attack, and my husband and I have been very busy with that and caring for my mother in law.
We do not know the driver, but alcohol was involved and the police say he will be charged. Please pray for this young man. His life will also be forever changed.
My God is good. I know He answers prayer. I'm leaning on Jesus today.
