still a little banged up from meet . Bench: did all warmups work sets: 330 x 10 (easy) 375 x 4 (pretty easy too) 400 x 2 (pretty easy could have done 3) seated rows: 185 x 15 225 x 12 full stack x 12 close grips: 365 x 4 365 x 4
