Elbows started hurting today during workout...three weeks in a row doing band work is a no, no!
speed bench with one set of red mini's doubled from floor
bar x 10 add minis bar x 10 95x10 135x8 185x5 225x2x6
close grip bench press 225x10x3
rock n rolls 45x8x3
40's (10 front raises to eyes,10 from eyes up, 10 side laterals, 10 bent over reverse flys) 15db x 40x2
hammer curls 45x8x3
lat p/d shrugs 225x8x3
standing ab pull downs 135x8x2
side obliques using medium band and hanging from top of power rack
8x2 each side
gotta burn on this workout
Normally, I do not workout back to back body parts...but was real busy this weekend. Previous day did seated db shoulder presses, heavy lat pull downs, t-bar rows, one arm db rows, ab work
