Testing out the back, hurt it earlier in the week. Getting ready for a qualifier for the aau worlds.
seated good mornings
135x8 225x5 315x5 405x5
deadlifts speed
135x5x1 225x5x1 315x5x4 405x5x1
pull thru's using blue bands 8x3
one leg ham curls 60x8x2
reverse hyper 180x8x3
standing ab pull downs 125x8x4

Hey Mike,
Something you might wanna try is static ab work.... ive only been doing it a little while but it's a killer and seriously strengthens your core.
Do Side bend holds for 20-30 seconds or AB Pulldowns where u hold mid range for 20-30seconds....stay real tight.

thanks Eddie. I will try them. I use a lot of bands doing ab work. I also do some static ab work holding my feet up. I sort of agree with Louie Simmons that most of your ab work should be done standing. Almost all yoru sports....you're standing. As big as I am, I do a ton of ab work. I have one heck of a ab muscle....years of ice cream...LOL I am 6"1 to 6"2 and 290-300
