I love coffee...and so it's been a source of contention in our household...
Some say it's good to drink coffee before a workout. In fact, have a cup or two of coffee in the morning before your workout and you'll have more energy and burn more fat!
So I asked the wife why she wouldn't make coffee!? After all, doesn't she do the cooking and such while I go out and bring home the bacon?
Well - she told me that it's very simple...and clearly outlined in the Bible - HUH? Really??!!
Sure she said...you've read the Book of HE BREWS!!!
DOH!!!
