I have to say that with all the devastation that Sandy has done that it was a true miracle that more areas were not affected by it. I'm sure lots of people need this money to rebuild their homes.
No matter what the devastation that was cause and however much money it will cost to relieve the people of the worries they now face, I believe that we can all just thank the Lord that more people were not killed. If life is gone then what is there left?
