Hi guys...I've been lurking on here for years. I finally registered and wanted to say hello (you need a forum for this) and ask a few questions please: (one regarding me, one regarding lifting, one regarding religion that I am going to post in another forum... I hope you find it and read it as I am curious about your replies)
1. I'm not American; I'm from Canada - America Junior as Homer Simpson says... cool? 2. I've done every routine on the planet: HST, Dr. Squat, 1 set, body building... but recently I started another standard power lifting routine: Monday squat, Wednesday bench, Friday deads. - I can't do shoulders on bench day as they are just too tired/weak. Can I do them on an off day or should I just suck it up? - In fact, can I move some supplementary exercises to "off" days? 3. Come and find my post in the General board.
