THIS IS GOING TO BE MY NEXT DIET FOR MY NEXT TRAINING CYCLE STARTING JULY 21ST.
13 WEEK MASS DIET
MEAL 1 ONE BOWL OF OATS OR GRITS WITH BROWN SUGAR 1 CUP OF LIQUID EGG WHITES (10 EGG WHITES) 1 GLASS OF JUICE 1 GLASS VITAMIN-D MILK
MEAL 2 WHEY PROTEIN SHAKE (20 OZ.) WITH A SCOOP OF NES-QUICK MULTIVITAMINS FATTY ACID CAPSULES
MEAL 3 2 CANS TUNA WITH SALAD (RANCH DRESSING) 1 GLASS WATER
MEAL 4 WHEY PROTEIN SHAKE (20 OZ.) WITH A SCOOP OF NES-QUICK 2 GRANOLA BARS
MEAL 5 1 8 OZ STEAK 2 POTATOES 1/2 CUP OF BROWN RICE 1 GLASS OF WATER
MEAL 6 WHEY PROTEIN SHAKE (20 OZ.) WITH A SCOOP OF NES-QUICK MULTIVITAMINS FATTY ACID CAPSULES
MEAL 7 1 CHICKEN BREAST 1 POTATOE 1/2 CUP OF BROWN RICE 1 GLASS OF WATER
MEAL 8 1 CUP OF LIQUID EGG WHITES (10 EGG WHITES) 1 GLASS OF WATER 1 GLASS VITAMIN-D MILK
