What are some of your favorite supplements, Power Drinks, and or Energy drinks you like to use and why?
Why do you use them? (What are the benefits of these supplement?)
Do you use different supplements throughout your training cycle then you would off your training cycle? Which ones and why?
I ask this because I'm open to learn more about the supplements that are out there and how they may help! Over the years of being around the fitness world, I have seen many of supplements that work and many that do little to nothing at all.
At times it would seem one would need a second job just to pay for their monthly supplement needs. Personally, I have seen how supplements do help in ones over all well being as well as their power and strength!
Now, I know every person will differ. I just am interested in knowing what is working for you. Thank you for your input! McQuaid

Muscle Milk...mixes well with water and tastes good. I use it PWO and for breakfast. Amino Vital...used during workout. Creastack...a creatine glutamine mix from GNC for post workout...unfortunately, it was discontinued. Need to find something similar. White Lightning...post workout, good Protein/Carb ratio and electrolytes. Gakic...yes, it really does work.

I used to swear by creatine, but lately it gives more bloat and water weight then strength. No2 products work, but diff. brands seem to make big diff.. My stepson swears by that NO explode, But doesn't it have caffeine?

I like using EAS protein blend for night time and snacks because it breaks down slower, and I've been trying out MHP's Dark Matter for after workouts but I'm not impressed with it. I also take enzymes to break down the protein for optimal absorption.

Hello, I am new to the forum, but have some info that might be helpful. I am 60 a master lifter and 5 time world champion. Within the last three months I started taking a number of suppliments from ageforce. Since that time I have set a number of PR's. Yesterday I hit a 455 raw squat. . .not bad for an old man. At any rate most of my success I attribute to ageforce. These are non steroidal and legal for use in comp. If interested please email me. This is good stuff!
