I also like the isolation rows where you do a single side at a time with dumbbells and have the other hand on the bench. I like the feel of the bar bent over rows however because they tend to give me a better pump.

I actually did these yesterday after deadlifting - gave me a very good pump - these are too good not to do!

I have been consistently doing the bent rows with a reverse grip.They are a main stay!!

I've been doing Pendlay rows for a long time, they're great. Basically a strict bent row at 90 degrees with a full deload on the floor each rep. Great bench assistance exercise.
