Man put some weight on the bar. I think ive heard that some where from you before. Great to see you coming back. Any time i wanna get pumped for a training day i watch your aau video. Some day i might be that good.

Well, I have been fighting something since about last Thursday. Maybe that is why I asked the questions about health earlier. I have been hitting the toilet about 20-30 times a day since last Thursday...that is no joke!! It has taken a toll on me and today my strength was down!! I have been praying on it and no answer as of yet. I need you guys to keep me in your prayers!
