Do you all listen to music on an Ipod when you work out? I don't because I really want to meet people while at the gym, but at times I do want to have some good Christian Rock.
What's on your Ipod?

Pastor Jeff, I do use my Ipod. My local gym has a bunch of rap on it which drives me crazy. There is no wonder society is the way it is by what is on tv and the radio. All I hear about is sex, drinking and clubbing for the whole hour I am there.
I have some disciple, chris tomlin, matt redmon, david crowder and some southern gospel on the ipod.

No. I have a gym set up in my basement with about 800# of freeweights. I generally turn the news on the radio. It makes me angry and I take it out on the weights! LOL!

I found that it was less expensive than I thought and I saved money overall. I bought my equipment [safety cage and 40 degree sled] through New York Barbell - www.newyorkbarbells.com/I bought my actual plates and barbell through Berry's Barbell - berrysbarbell.com/index.cfm

Yessidoo. I have no idea what their names are, I pull a lot of it off compilation CDs, the songs that I like. Stuff like "Our God is an awesome God" and "Amazing Love". I do know there is some Third Day mixed in, but the rest of them I'm not too sure about.
(Bryan, roger on the news!) :')
God Bless.

we have music at the Y I workout at. It's not offensive most of the time. they do a good job of keeping it clean.

I would highly recommend the Christian Hard Rock/metal band Tourniquet. They are awesome. They also have an acoustic album. Very real, "down to earth" messages along with great musical talent. Pumps me up at the gym!
"If Pigs Could Fly". great song from the acoustic album. "acidhead" also a great rock song i like to work out to from their "vanishing lessons" album
