Michelle and I both joined weight watchers.
She lost 6 Lbs the first week, I lost 2.4
It has been a lot easier with us both on the same program!
I think this is going to work!
I went to bench for the first time in 7 months and I am tore up.
Amazing how 135x8x5 can whoop you when you haven't been training ;D

Week #2 and Michelle lost 1.8 Lbs and I lost 5.4 Lbs. Our total lost in two weeks each is 7.8.
I started back to the gym full time this week. Doing very light full body work outs and hitting the cardio medium. I am spending about 40 minutes on the tread mill and about 30 minutes hitting the core exercises for the body. Just with the 7.8, I can tell a difference in the pants....which is good. I have figured out that the diet I am on with weight watchers is about a 2000-2500 calorie diet, while Michelles is about 1200-1500 calories. The way they have this set up, you should lose about 2 lbs per week. I have lowered my pts, due to a very slow metabolism.

The diet is still going on through the holidays!
After 8 weeks I am down 22.4 LBS, hoping for 2.6 Lbs this week to hit the 25 LB mark.
My goal is 100 lbs. I lost about 130 lbs once before. I was 19 years old then, it has been 18 years.
I was jogging lightly about 1.25 miles and walking 1 mile a day for 4-5 times per week. I injured my left heel (bruised) it a couple of weeks ago and it is hard to jog. I have switched over to the stationary bike. I can't stand the bike, I'd rather jog any day!
My wife has lost 16 lbs.
Keep on trucking, Be Blessed, Mike

I have gotten behind.
Still on a diet and have managed to lose weight during the holidays. This is reminding me of obedience in the bible and when I do get hungry and don't need to eat....I say out loud, "Lord, give me the strength...You are my strenght!".
Last I wrote, I was at 24.6
Week #10
Lost 8.4 . Praise God! Best week I have had, do not know how I did it?
Week #11 Lost 3.4 Lbs
Grand total to date is 36.4 Lbs. My goal is to lose 100 Lbs.

www.clickondetroit.com/video/14340511/index.htmlHere is video of my older brothers brother in law Keith. (his wifes brother for explanation) He made a bet (forget how much but it is a lot) that he couldnt lose down to 240 and run a marathon. He is down to 270 now. He was a heavyweight college wrestler and doesnt lift weights. I am glad for him. .....just a little motivation. Pick up 37 lbs and walk around with it for a while. good job on the diet. Some day after I get my 500 raw bench I am gonna diet down to 198 again. Tom
