Hello all.
I am very happy to announce that the "Advanced Institute of Powerlifting & Bodybuilding" will have a GRAND Opening on November 10th 2007. (will update as we get closer)
We went beyond our initial investment and splurged.
All equipment is being fabricated by "Legend Fitness" "IronDawg" "Texas Power Bars" as I write this.
There is so much and we will be adding more as the months go on.
What we are offering the SERIOUS powerlifters and bodybuilders are:
Use all the chalk you want.
100 lb plates.... lots thousands of pounds of TKO grip plate free weights 1000's of lbs of bumper plates
Many power cages & 1/2 cages with oak lifting platforms
IronDawg Monolift Smithth machine Louis simmons glute ham Leg press Incline lever row Lat low row Preacher curl squat stools Sissy squat Cable crossover with 8 height adjustments 2 of each incline decline and flat benches Incline decline and multi purpose utility benches trap / deadlift bar, 1200 lb test bars, cambered curling bars, 1500 lb Texas power bars(more to come) TKO rubber hex dumbells from 5 to 120 lbs tricep extension, leg extension / leg curl and arm curl machines New paint and 1/2 rubber mats to work on. There is also an 8 ft X 40 ft mirrored wall on one side. Bathroom but no locker rooms or showers so we could fit more equipment in.
Attached is also our new tanning facility with entry level, mid level, superbeds and a stand up.
On the grand opening we are giving away lots of stuff.
If anyone serious would like to come give a demonstration for us like a 1000 lb squat or huge bench press or deadlift or a posing routine mail me at: martialscience64@bellsouth.net and we can work out offline communication and we will make it worth your while.
There are no long term contracts. Longest is 90 days or......... pay by the visits or week or month.
We all hate that long term contract crap.
We want people to come from all around the Atlanta metro area and know it will be worth the trip.
Alls we ask is that you respect all others around you and the facility.
So mark it on your calendar and come see who shows up and what we have to offer.

I found what looks like a great site: www.christianfitnessassociation.com. Do you know anything about it? What do you think?

www.christianfitnessassociation.com is a great ministry! I have had a lot of success with their certification programs. Highly recommend checking it out.
